These terms govern your use of swolsupply.com and any purchases you make through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

2. Products and pricing

- We aim for accurate descriptions, photos, and prices, but colours may vary slightly between screens.

- All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

- We may correct errors, change products, or update prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, misplaced, or cannot lawfully be sold to you.

4. Intellectual property

All site content, including the SwolSupply name, logo, and images, is owned by SwolSupply. You may not copy, reuse, or resell it without written permission.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
