Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sale periods, processing may take a few days longer.

Shipping times and rates

Australia: 7–15 business days after dispatch. FREE on orders over $75 AUD, otherwise $9.95 AUD.
New Zealand: 10–18 business days after dispatch. Calculated at checkout.
Rest of world: 15–25 business days after dispatch. Calculated at checkout.

- You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track anytime via the Track Order link in our footer.

Things to know

- Delays: Peak periods, customs, and remote areas can add time. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

- Customs and import duties: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, payable by the customer. We have no control over these charges.

- Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the item cost minus shipping, or re-ship at your cost.

- Lost or stolen parcels: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, contact us within 14 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
